Take a deep breath. You really should do this more often. It\u2019s cleansing. Oxygen refreshes your brain and strengthens your heart, not to mention all of your other organs as well. Pause. Breathe in. Hold. Breathe out. Right now, before tackling any more work, or before allowing yourself to fall into an endless loop of laziness, remember to breathe. It is what makes you alive.<\/p>\n

A new creation. That\u2019s what you are in Jesus. Take a moment to breathe. Remember what makes you alive. Don\u2019t try to manipulate the events of your life. It was God who first breathed life into you. He now gives you the ability to do the same. With deep yearning, find the rhythm God composed for you. Give all of the rises and falls, the notes and beats, the crescendos and melodies of your life to him.<\/p>\n
