Have you ever been asked to do a job that you didn\u2019t want to do? Of course you have. Perhaps it was mowing thelawn while your friends played outside. Perhaps it was finishing your homeworkwhile your favorite show was on. Or perhaps it was cleaning up someone else\u2019s mess, or picking up your clothes,or acting polite when youwere actually seething with frustration inside.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Whatever it was that you had to do, it didn\u2019tkill you.(You\u2019re reading this right now today becauseyou are probably still alive.)It may have bugged you and made you feel a weebit justified in letting whoever told you to do it that you were just a wee bitupset with them. Perhaps you huffed and puffed, perhaps you grumbled andcomplained, or perhaps you devised ways to get even. Unless the person or jobwas evil, the work you were asked to do was likely some sort of responsibleservice in one way or another. It probably served a purpose, even if mundane orroutine, or unknown to you. It is God\u2019s desire that wework willingly, as if we are working for God, not for people.<\/p>\n
