Have you ever felt like you wasted your energy on something before? Have you been frustrated about something you were working on and asked with disgust, \u201cWhat\u2019s the use?\u201d Perhaps the commute is driving you crazy.<\/p>\n

Maybe the last seven hours of your Netflix binge didn\u2019t really improve your life after all. Maybe the effort you put into grocery shopping didn\u2019t produce the sort of fruit you had hoped. (Get it? Grocery? Produce? Fruit? Just roll with it.)<\/p>\n

Jesus doesn\u2019t want you to waste your energy. He doesn\u2019t want you to regret how you spent even one minute of your life. What gives purpose and meaning to all that you do, he says, is himself. Pursuit of him, and the life he gives, is worth every effort. You will know you are spending your energy wisely when you are seeking after Jesus and filtering all you do through him.<\/p>\n

Everything in your life will begin to fall into its proper place as you find your priority in Jesus.<\/p>\n
