Jesus told her, \u201cI am the resurrection and the life. Anyone who believes in me will live, even after dying.\u201d<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Resurrection <\/i><\/em>means to \u201craise from the dead.\u201d To be undead is all the rage nowadays. It could get you your own TV or movie series. But it wasn\u2019t always cool to be undead. Two thousand years ago a man named Lazarus had gotten sick and died. A funeral full of wailing was well underway\u2014that is, until Jesus decided to try out this undead thing on his recently deceased friend. He yelled into the tomb, \u201cLazarus, I want to hang out, bro!\u201d (or something to that<\/p>\n

effect). So, as anybody would do when Jesus speaks life, Lazarus came out of the tomb walking, much to the astonishment of everyone (except for Jesus, who played it all very cool).<\/p>\n

A little later, after of course people unwrapped Lazarus\u2019 burial cloths, they ate dinner together\u2014for Jesus, this was just another day of work.<\/p>\n

Raising people to life is what he does for a living. People didn\u2019t know what to think about this situation. They had never seen an undead person before. And even though he was no zombie, Lazarus scared them. And this of course made them scared of Jesus too. The people were challenged to either accept the life-giving power of Jesus or to run away.<\/p>\n
