\u201c\u5c5e\u8840\u6c14\u7684\u4eba\u4e0d\u9886\u4f1a\u795e\u5723\u7075\u7684\u4e8b\u201d\uff08\u54e5\u6797\u591a\u524d\u4e662:14\uff09\u3002\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u672a\u91cd\u751f\u7684\u4eba\u6ca1\u6709\u5723\u7075\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u4ed6\u7684\u7f6a\u8fd8\u6ca1\u6709\u88ab\u8d66\u514d\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5c31\u65e0\u6cd5\u5f97\u5230\u5f15\u5bfc\u8fdb\u5165\u4e00\u5207\u7684\u771f\u7406\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u65e0\u6cd5\u7406\u89e3\u5723\u7ecf\u7684\u8bdd\u8bed\u3002\u8fd9\u5c31\u597d\u6bd4\u53bb\u8bfb\u4e00\u672c\u7528\u964c\u751f\u7684\u8bed\u8a00\u5199\u6210\u7684\u4e66\u4e00\u6837\uff0c\u662f\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n

THE WORK OF THE HOLY SPIRIT<\/p>\n

\u2026<\/i><\/em>God<\/i><\/em>\u2019<\/i><\/em>s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit which has been given to us.Roman 5:5 RSV<\/i><\/em><\/p>\n

The Holy Spirit of God plays two important roles.<\/p>\n

First,He convicts men of sin:\u201cAnd when he is come,he will reprove the world of sin,and of righteousness,and of judgment\u201d(John 16:8).This is why before we come to Christ we must acknowledge our sin.We must renounce our sins.The Holy Spirit makes us feel uncomfortable and pricks our consciences.He makes us acknowledge and admit to ourselves and to God that we are sinners,and then He gives us the strength and the power to turn from our sins.<\/p>\n

The second role of the Holy Spirit is a s teacher,a guide into all truth.After we have committed our lives to Christ,the Holy Spirit helps us understand the written Word of God.He is our instructor.He is also our comforter in times of trouble and sorrow.<\/p>\n

That is why the natural man does not understand the things of the spirit(1 Corinthians 2:14),why the unregenerate man does not have the Holy Spirit,because he has not had his sins forgiven and so has not received his\u201cleader into all truth\u201dand cannot comprehend the Scriptures.It would be like trying to read a book in an unfamiliar language.It would be impossible.<\/p>\n

The moment I receive Jesus Christ as Savior,the Holy Spirit takes up residence in my heart.The problem,as A.W.Tozer has noted,is that\u201cthough every believer has the Holy Spirit,the Holy Spirit does not have every believer!\u201d<\/p>\n

For a student to be taught,he must listen and desire to learn from his teacher.For the Christian to grow in wisdom and knowledge of the Word of God,he must be willing to study God\u2019s Word and to be a willing pupil of God\u2019s Holy Spirit.<\/p>\n
