\u4ed6\u7684\u5fc3\u6e34\u671b\u4e0e\u795e\u6709\u5bc6\u4e0d\u53ef\u5206\u7684\u3001\u4eb2\u5bc6\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u6b63\u5982\u4eca\u5929\u6211\u4eec\u6240\u6e34\u671b\u7684\u90a3\u6837\u3002\u7b80\u800c\u8a00\u4e4b\uff0c\u4ed6\u7948\u6c42\u4e0e\u795e\u5efa\u7acb\u5168\u65b0\u7684\u3001\u786e\u5b9a\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u771f\u5b9e\u5730\u7ecf\u5386\u795e\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6211\u4eec\u7075\u91cc\u7684\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u53ea\u80fd\u7531\u90a3\u8d77\u521d\u9020\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u795e\u6765\u89e3\u51b3\u3002\u4ed6\u6309\u7167\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5f62\u8c61\u9020\u4e86\u6211\u4eec\uff0c\u4eca\u5929\uff0c\u56e0\u7740\u4ed6\u72ec\u751f\u7231\u5b50\u7684\u6069\u5178\uff0c\u4ed6\u53ef\u4ee5\u6309\u7167\u81ea\u5df1\u590d\u6d3b\u7684\u6837\u5b50\u518d\u9020\u6211\u4eec\u3002\u51ed\u7740\u5728\u8036\u7a23\u57fa\u7763\u91cc\u7684\u4fe1\u5fc3\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u6210\u4e3a\u65b0\u9020\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u89c1\u8bc1\u7942\u7684\u751f\u547d\u3002<\/p>\n

REALLY KNOWING GOD<\/p>\n

Search me,O God,and know my heart!Try me and know my thoughts!And see if there be any wicked way in me,and lead me in the way everlasting.Psalm 139:23-24 RSV<\/i><\/em><\/p>\n

Here was a wise confession on the part of a great leader.David knew that a people can rise no higher economically,scientifically,and politically than the level of their spiritual resources.Here was a humble admission and an acknowledgement that a nation\u2019s sicknesses can be attributed to its spiritual ills.<\/p>\n

Weary of assemblies,hearings,conferences,and investigations designed to reveal the root causes of state difficulties,David turned his face to the altar of God.He prayed earnestly for God to begin the revival of his nation by kindling the fires of revival in his own heart.<\/p>\n

Not only did he pray that he might know God,but that God might know him.\u201cSearch me,O God!\u201d<\/p>\n

His heart yearned,as indeed our hearts yearn today,for a personal,vital intimacy with God.In short,he was praying for a new,definite,real experience with his God.<\/p>\n

Unless God is revealed to us through personal experience,we can never really know God.Most of us know about God,but that is quite different from really knowing God.<\/p>\n

Is it not logical to believe that the only One who can recreate us is the One who created us in the first place?If your watch were out of order,you wouldn\u2019t take it to a blacksmith.If your car needed overhauling,you wouldn\u2019t take it to a plumber.If you needed an operation,you wouldn\u2019t take it to a plumber.If you needed an operation,you wouldn\u2019t go to a machine shop.<\/p>\n

Our spiritual problems can only be solved by the God who created us originally.He created us in His own image and likeness:today by the grace of His Son,He can re-create us in the likeness of His resurrections.Through faith in Jesus Christ,we are recreated and become partakers of His life.<\/p>\n

\u201cTherefore if any man be in Christ,he is a new creature:old things are passed away;behold,all things are become new\u201d(2 Corinthians 5:17).<\/p>\n

David\u2019s prayer,recorded here in Psalm 139,contained a proper sequence.First he prayed that God might know him;then he prayed that God might cleanse him;and last he prayed that God might direct him.David\u2019s transformation,as a result of this prayer,was full and complete.Likewise,his nation,Israel,was brought into harmony with God.We,too,can find peace as we are rightly related to God-and this is the only path to peace.<\/p>\n

Pray for the Day:<\/u><\/p>\n

Father,we pray that You will know us.We pray that You will cleanse us.And we pray that You will direct us.And Lord,we choose to obey Your direction;in Jesus\u2019Name,Amen.<\/p>\n
