\u5929\u7236\uff0c\u7962\u662f\u5927\u7267\u8005\uff0c\u60a8\u7684\u513f\u5b50\u4e5f\u662f\u5927\u7267\u8005\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u56e0\u4f60\u800c\u559c\u4e50\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u4f60\u4ee5\u6e29\u67d4\u548c\u601c\u60af\u5f15\u5bfc\u6211\u4eec\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u611f\u8c22\u4f60\uff01\u4e3a\u7740\u4f60\u7684\u8363\u8000\uff0c\u6c42\u4f60\u8ba9\u4e16\u4eba\u77e5\u9053\u4f60\u7684\u6148\u7231\uff1b\u5949\u8036\u7a23\u7684\u540d\uff0c\u963f\u95e8\u3002<\/p>\n

GOD IS OUR SHEPHERD<\/p>\n

He tends his flock like a shepherd:He gathers the lambs in his arms and carries them close to his heart;he gently leads those that have young.Isaiah 40:11 NIV<\/i><\/em><\/p>\n

The wonderful picture of God as our Shepherd is found in many places in the Old Testament.One of the Psalms begins,\u201cHear us,O Shepherd of Israel,you who lead Joseph like a lock\u201d(Psalm 80:1 NIV).It\u2019s wonderful to know that the everlasting God,the almighty Creator,stoops to be the Shepherd of His people.<\/p>\n

David makes the relationship a personal one in the best known of all psalms.\u201cThe Lord is my shepherd,\u201dhe cries exultantly,\u201cI shall lack nothing\u201d(Psalm 23:1 NIV,italics mine).The rest of the psalm tells us what we shall not lack.It speaks of the Shepherd\u2019s provision as He leads us to the green pastures,His guidance along the paths of righteousness(that means the right paths),His presence with us in the dark valley.No wonder David testifies,\u201cMy cup overflows\u201d(verse 5).Such are God\u2019s boundless blessings.<\/p>\n

Isaiah adds a further dimension to the picture when he says,\u201cHe tends his flock like a shepherd:He gathers the lambs in his arms and carries them close to his heart\u201d(Isaiah 40:11 NIV).The figure here indicates the tender care with which the Lord supports His people on their journey and the strong love with which He enfolds them.<\/p>\n

In the New Testament Jesus uses this same figure and applies it to Himself.He says,\u201cI am the good shepherd.The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.The hired hand is not the shepherd who owns the sheep and runs away.Then the wolf attacks the flock and scatters it\u2026I am the good shepherd;I know my sheep and my sheep know me.\u201d(John 10:11-14 NIV).<\/p>\n

Note four things about Jesus the Good Shepherd.He owns the sheep:They belong to Him.He guards the sheep:He never abandons them when danger is near.He knows the sheep;knows them each by name and leads them out(see verse 3).And he lays down His life for the sheep;such is the measure of His love.<\/p>\n

No wonder,just as a shepherd of real sheep,Jesus is worthy of being followed.<\/p>\n
