What if I were to tell you that,contrary to popular belief,you can take it with you,depending,of course,on your definition of\u201cit\u201d?Now of course,you cannot take your money or your house or your car or investments with you to heaven.You wouldn\u2019t need them anyway.But you can send things on ahead so that they will be waiting for you when you arrive.<\/p>\n

An old man,a great man of God,lay on his deathbed.He summoned his grandson to come to his side.Calling the boy\u2019s name,he said,\u201cI don\u2019t know what type of work I will be doing in heaven,but if it\u2019s allowed,I am going to ask the Lord Jesus to let me help build your mansion.You be sure you send up plenty of the right materials.\u201d<\/p>\n

Living a holy life,leading others to Christ as we share our faith,doing good works in Christ\u2019s name,all of these things are materials that may be sent on ahead and can never be touched by the fluctuations in the earthly economy,by natural disaster,or by thievery.<\/p>\n
