\u4eca\u65e5\u7977\u544a\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u5929\u7236\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4e3a\u90a3\u4e9b\u6b63\u5728\u53d7\u82e6\u7684\u4eba\u7977\u544a\u2014\u2014\u5c31\u662f\u90a3\u4e9b\u6211\u4eec\u77e5\u9053\u6b63\u5728\u53d7\u82e6\u7684\u4eba\u3002\u7948\u6c42\u4f60\u601c\u60af\u4ed6\u4eec\uff0c\u62ef\u6551\u4ed6\u4eec\uff0c\u5e2e\u52a9\u4ed6\u4eec\uff1b\u5949\u8036\u7a23\u7684\u540d\uff0c\u963f\u4eec\u3002<\/p>\n

THE MEASURE OF REAL LOVE<\/p>\n

This is my commandment,That ye love one another,as I have loved you.Greater love hath no man than this,that a man lay down his life for his friends.<\/i><\/em>John 15:12-13<\/i><\/em><\/p>\n

Much of the world is callous and indifferent toward mankind\u2019s poverty and distress.This is due largely to the fact that for many people there has never been a rebirth.The love of God has never been shed abroad in their hearts.<\/p>\n

Many people speak of the social Gospel as though it were separate and apart from the redemptive Gospel.The truth is:There is only one Gospel.Divine love,like a reflected sunbeam shines down before it radiates out.Unless our hearts are conditioned by the Holy Spirit to receive and reflect the warmth of God\u2019s compassion,we cannot love our fellow men as we ought.<\/p>\n

Jesus wept tears of compassion at the graveside of a friend.He mourned over Jerusalem because as a city it had lost its appreciation of the things of the spirit.His great heart was sensitive to the needs of others.<\/p>\n

To emphasize the importance of people\u2019s love for each other,He revised an old commandment to make it read,\u201cThou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart\u2026and thy neighbor as thyself\u201d(Luke 10:27).<\/p>\n

St.Francis of Assisi had discovered the secret of happiness when he prayed:<\/p>\n

O Divine Master,grant that I may not so much seek<\/p>\n

To be consoled as to console,<\/p>\n

To be understood as to understand,<\/p>\n

To be loved as to love;<\/p>\n

For it is in giving that we receive;<\/p>\n

It is in pardoning that we are pardoned;<\/p>\n

It is in dying that we are born to eternal life!<\/p>\n

Tears shed for self are tears of weakness,but tears of love shed for others are a sign of strength.I am not as sensitive as I ought to be until I am able to\u201cweep o\u2019er the erring one and lift up the fallen.\u201dAnd until I have learned the value of compassionately sharing others\u2019sorrow,distress,and misfortune,I cannot know real happiness.<\/p>\n
