收成有时

“我们行善，不可丧志；若不灰心，到了时候就要收成。”

加拉太书 6:9

有时候你在这个世界上所作的改变是立竿见影的。例如你在某个人的生日打电话给他们，让他们受到极大的鼓舞。这很好，你影响了他们。有及时的回应，生命得到改变。再接再厉吧。

而有些时候你所做的改变并没有及时的果效。或许你正开始改掉生活中的一些坏习惯，它们却很顽固，不断抬头，拖你下水。争战始终都在。它不是固定不变的，我们也不知道是否会有好的结果。

然而，上帝的话语总是勉励我们继续坚持，不要停止。不要放弃追求耶稣和祂给你的生命。不要放弃祂要你做的事。不要停止改变你和周围人的生活模式， 向着耶稣长远的目标去努力。如果你契而不舍，你就必能欢呼收割。

今日祷告：

耶稣，求祢帮助我不懈努力去为你做工。奉主耶稣基督的圣名，阿们！

February 10 – Reaping

So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.

Sometimes the difference you make in this world is immediate. Perhaps you called someone on their birthday and they were greatly encouraged. Good job—you made a difference in their life. Quick response. Lives changed. Keep doing it! But other times the difference you make in this world isn’t always immediately evident. Perhaps you have started getting rid of some bad habits in your life, but they keep rearing their ugly head and trying to drag you down. The battle is still there. It isn’t fixed and it isn’t clear if anything good is coming out of it.

But God’s Word encourages us again and again to persist. Keep going. Don’t give up pursuing Jesus and the life he has for you. Don’t quit doing what he wants you to do. Don’t stop changing the patterns of your life and the lives of those around you in the long-term direction of Jesus. You will reap a harvest if you don’t give up.

Pray for the Day:

Jesus, help me keep pressing on for those things you have asked me to do. Amen.
