有行为的信心

“我的弟兄们，若有人说自己有信心，却没有行为，有什么益处呢？这信心能救他吗？”

雅各书 2:14

我们要真实。你说你跟随耶稣，那就真的跟随他。不要只是作秀。要看得见、有诚信。要言行一致。如果你是耶稣的门徒，那就跟他一样地行事为人。

你的信心要求你做出行动。信心是要受考验的，因为需要做出积极的努力。要相信你的每一步都会引导你的下一步走向哪里，确保你的方向没有错误。有信心的人不会懒惰。他们不会坐在那里发呆，不会梦想着天上掉馅饼。有信心的人不会忧虑。不管发生什么，他们不会慌张。因为相信是正确的，就一定会坚持做下去。今天如果你在耶稣基督里有信心，你自然而然就会跟随耶稣，做你该做的事情。

今日祷告：

亲爱的耶稣，让我的言行都符合你的心意。阿们。

April 19 – Hypocrite Proof

What good is it, dear brothers and sisters, if you say you have faith but don’t show it by your actions? Can that kind of faith save anyone?

Be real today. If you say you are a follower of Jesus, then follow him. Don’t be all show. Be substance. Have integrity. Act on your words. If you are a follower Jesus, then do what Jesus is doing.

Faith involves actually putting yourself in action. Faith is risky because it takes proactive effort. You put one foot ahead of the next, trusting that each step is leading you where you should go next. Faith is not lazy. It does not sit around bored, just hoping something good might happen. It is not worried.

Faith does not panic at what might occur. Faith is doing what you believe is true. If your faith is in Jesus today, then you will naturally act upon what Jesus is leading you to do.

Dear Jesus, let my words and actions match yours. Amen.
