天使欢喜

“找着了，就请朋友邻舍来，对他们说：『我失落的那块钱已经找着了，你们和我一同欢喜吧！』我告诉你们，一个罪人悔改，在神的使者面前也是这样为他欢喜。”

路加福音15:9-10

当神审判那些拒绝耶稣基督为救主的人时，天使将会发挥重要的作用。而同时，圣经也告诉我们，他们也为罪人得救而欢喜。在路加福音15章，耶稣讲了几个令人印象深刻的比喻。

第一个是失羊的比喻：“你们中间谁有一百只羊，失去一只，不把这九十九只撇在旷野，去找那失去的羊，直到找着呢？找着了，就欢欢喜喜地扛在肩上，回到家里。就请朋友邻舍来，对他们说：‘我失去的羊已经找着了，你们和我一同欢喜吧。’我告诉你们，一个罪人悔改，在天上也要这样为他欢喜，较比为九十九个不用悔改的义人欢喜更大。”（路15:4-7）

第二个故事是失钱的比喻：“或是一个妇人，有十块钱，若失落一块，岂不点上灯，打扫屋子，细细的找，直到找着吗。找着了，就请朋友邻舍来，对他们说：我失落的那块钱已经找着了，你们和我一同欢喜吧。”同样，“我告诉你们，一个罪人悔改，在神的使者面前，也是这样为他欢喜。”（路加福音15:8-10）。

在这两个比喻中，耶稣不是告诉我们：天使关注着每一个人吗？他们知道地上每个人灵性的状况。不仅神爱你，天使也爱你。他们渴望你悔改归向基督而得救，以免为时已晚。他们知道在前面地狱的可怕。他们希望你转向天堂，但他们知道，你必须做出自己的选择。你与主的关系如何呢？

当我们知道，无论我们感到多么孤单，上帝的天使都在看顾我们，这是否令人感到欣慰呢？

今日祷告：

天父，我把我的生命交给你，我感谢你，你的天使也为此欢喜。主啊，我知道你不愿一人沉沦，乃愿人人都悔改得救，求你差遣我把你的话语带给我周围失丧的人，并藉着你的子民荣耀你的圣名；奉耶稣的名祷告，阿们。

THE ANGELS REJOICE

…She calls together her friends and neighbors,saying,“Rejoice with me,for I have found the coin which I had lost.”Just so,I tell you,there is joy before the angels of God over one sinner who repents.Luke 15:9-10,RSV

While angels will play an important role in executing the judgment of God on those who refuse Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord,yet at the same time the Bible tells us that they also rejoice in the salvation of sinners.Jesus tells several striking stories in Luke 15.In the first,a man had a hundred sheep.When one was lost,he left the ninety-nine in the wilderness to seek it.When he found the sheep,he slung it over his own shoulders and brought it back to the fold.At home he summoned all his friends saying,“Rejoice with me:for I have found my sheep which was lost”(verse 6).Jesus said,“I say unto you,that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth,more than over ninety and nine just persons,which need no repentance”(verse 7).

His second story is that of a woman who lost a valuable silver coin.She looked everywhere.She swept her house carefully.At last when she recovered the coin she called all her friends and neighbors saying,“Rejoice with me;for I have found the piece which I had lost”(verse 9).“Likewise,I say unto you,there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth”(Luke 15:10).

In these two parables is not Jesus telling us that the angels of heaven have their eyes on every person?They know the spiritual condition of everybody on the face of the earth.Not only does God love you,but the angels love you too.They are anxious for you to repent and turn to Christ for salvation before is too late.They know the terrible dangers of hell that lie ahead.They want you to turn toward heaven,but they know that this is a decision that you and you alone will have to make.What is your relationship to the Lord?

Isn’t it comforting to know that,no matter how alone we may feel,God’s angels are watching over us?

Pray for the Day:

Father,I give my life to You,and I thank You that Your angels rejoice over that.I pray,Lord,knowing that You don’t desire anyone to be lost but that all come to repentance and be saved,that You will send me with Your Word to the lost around me,and glorify Your Name through Your people;in Jesus’Name.
