自义症

“为什么看见你弟兄眼中有刺，却不想自己眼中有梁木呢？你自己眼中有梁木，怎能对你弟兄说：『容我去掉你眼中的刺』呢？你这假冒为善的人！先去掉自己眼中的梁木，然后才能看得清楚，去掉你弟兄眼中的刺。”

马太福音7:3-5

自义症，会严重扭曲人所看到的事实。同样因为自义症，人也看不清自己。最糟糕的是，自义症通过眼睛攻击人自己的灵魂。有自义症的人只知道论断、批评别人，说别人眼里有刺，而且会很骄傲地认为，只有他们才能帮忙去除眼里的刺。这是一件很危险的事情。有自义症的人根本不会意识到，而其他人却都能看到的，是他们自己眼里有一根梁木，这根梁木已经深深影响了他们的判断能力。

有自义症的人，往往搞得鸡犬不宁，人们避之唯恐不及。家人、朋友，都不愿意和他们接触。自义症，破坏人际关系，导致心灵的失明。这个病症，一定要治。感谢耶稣，他有办法治愈。

主耶稣，求你饶恕我，我不该随意论断别人。改变我，帮助我看得清楚。奉主耶稣基督的圣名，阿们！

“And why worry about a speck in your friend’s eye when you have a log in your own?How can you think of saying to your friend,‘Let me help you get rid of that speck in your eye,’when you can’t see past the log in your own eye?Hypocrite!First get rid of the log in your own eye;then you will see well enough to deal with the speck in your friend’s eye.”

Plankineyetis is a debilitating condition that distorts the way people see reality.It diminishes their ability to see themselves with clarity.Plankineyetis attacks the soul through the eyes,and it evidences itself when a person sees a splinter in someone else’s eye and announces with pride that he or she will help clean it out.This is a monstrous proclamation,because what they fail to realize,but what everybody else can easily see,is that the person’s judgment is affected by the fact that there is an entire log jammed into their own eye socket.

Chaos ensues as the diseased patient moves around.People have to duck out of the way.Family and friends begin to avoid eye contact with the one who has contracted plankineyetis.It ruins relationships,leads to blindness of heart,and needs to be cured.Luckily,Jesus tells us the cure.

Pray for the Day:

Lord Jesus,forgive my judgmental attitude.Heal my condition.Help me see clearly again.Amen.
