美丽的印记

“哪知他为我们的过犯受害，为我们的罪孽压伤。因他受的刑罚，我们得平安；因他受的鞭伤，我们得医治。”

以赛亚书53:5

耶稣身上的伤疤成了美丽的印记。耶稣复活后，向他的门徒显现，特别是向多马显现。多马疑惑耶稣是否真的复活。为了证明自己是谁，耶稣就让他摸自己手上和脚上的钉痕，以及肋旁的伤痕。伤痕本身并不好看，甚至很恐怖。然而，那无疑是美丽的印记。

即便耶稣复活后，他还是选择了保留那些伤疤。那些伤疤很重要，因为它们彰显了耶稣一生的作为，交织着耶稣的爱和深意，是这个世界所无法理解的。创造天地的主，曾被世界弃绝，被压伤，为的是让我们得生命。他的伤疤，恰恰是福音最有说服力的证据。

今日祷告：

主耶稣，求你赦免我的过犯，医治我的伤痛。将我生命中的伤痕变为你改变我生命的美好见证。奉主耶稣基督的圣名，阿们！

March 30-Beauty Marks

But he was pierced for our rebellion,crushed for our sins.He was beaten so we could be whole.

He was whipped so we could be healed.

The wounds of Jesus are beauty marks.After his resurrection,Jesus presented himself to one of his followers,a man named Thomas,a man who doubted whether or not the resurrection had actually happened.To prove who he was,though,Jesus showed him the nail scars in his hands and feet,and the spear wound in his side.Not pretty.Certainly terrible.But definitely beautiful.

Even in his resurrected state,Jesus chose to keep his scars.They mean everything to him.His wounds show his story,a story that is woven with more love and intentionality than the world had ever understood before.The Creator of the Universe,the one who had been rejected,was crushed to bring life.His scars are evidence of this good news.

Pray for the Day:

Lord Jesus,forgive my sin and heal my wounds.Turn the scars of life into beauty marks that will tell the story of what you have done in my life.Amen.
