耶稣代赎

神使那无罪的，替我们成为罪，好叫我们在祂里面成为神的义。

哥林多后书5:21

圣经说，我罪有应得的审判已经过去了。基督在十字架上替我担当了审判。律法的每一个要求都得到了满足。在基督为我的罪献上自己为祭物时，律法得到了完全的满足。“耶和华使我们众人的罪孽都归在祂身上。”（以赛亚书53:6）。“祂被挂在木头上，亲身担当了我们的罪”（彼得前书2:24）。“但基督献了一次永远的赎罪祭，就在神的右边坐下了”（希伯来书10:12）。

律法说：“罪的工价乃是死”（罗马书6:23），“犯罪的他（灵魂）必死亡”（以西结书18:4）。我本应受审判下地狱，但基督替我担当了这一切。基督自己说：“我实实在在的告诉你们，那听我话，又信差我来者的，就有永生，不至于定罪，是已经出死入生了。”（约翰福音5:24）。这已经再清楚不过了：真正相信耶稣基督的人不再受审判，那审判已经过去了。“因为祢将我一切的罪，扔在祢的背后”（以赛亚书38:17）。上帝通过先知耶利米说：“我……不再记念他们的罪恶”（耶利米书31:34）。

除非我们明白我们永远不必因罪站在神的审判台前，否则，我们将永远不会明白十字架上，神在基督里对我们的爱是何等长阔高深。基督担当了我们的罪，祂完成了救赎的工作；不是靠我自己任何工作或功劳。我曾在各大洲向成千上万的人布道，但我不会因为我是传教士而上天堂。我上天堂完全是靠基督的功劳。我将永远不必站在神的审判台前，因那审判已经过去了。

有一次，在乘船穿越北大西洋时，早上起床后，我从舷窗向外望去，看到了我前所未见最黑的乌云。我确信我们将面临一场可怕的大风暴。我吩咐把早餐送到我房间里来，并告诉了乘务员关于风暴的事。他说：“哦，我们已经安然度过那场风暴了，它已经过去了。”

如果我们是耶稣基督的信徒，我们就已经安然度过了审判的风暴，那审判已在十字架上发生过了。

今日祷告：

天父，我感谢祢！把我该受的审判放在了耶稣身上，我祈求祢，帮助我向周围的人传讲恩典的信息；祷告奉耶稣的名，阿们。

JESUS TOOK OUR JUDGMENT

For he hath made him to be sin for us,who knew no sin;that we might be made the righteousness of God in him 2 Corinthians 5:21

The Bible says the judgment for sin that I deserved is already passed.Christ took my judgment on the cross.Every demand of the law has been met.The law was completely satisfied in the offering that Christ made of Himself for sins.“The Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all”(Isaiah 53:6).“Who himself bare our sins in his own body on the tree”(1 Peter 2:24).“But this man,after he had offered one sacrifice for sins forever,sat down on the right hand of God”(Hebrews 10:12).

The law had said,“The wages of sin is death”(Roman 6:23),and“The soul that sinneth,it shall die”(Ezekiel 18:4).I deserved judgment and hell,but Christ took that judgment and hell for me.Christ Himself said,“Verily,verily,I say unto you,he that heareth my word,and believeth on him that sent me,hath everlasting life,and shall not come into condemnation;but is passed from death unto life”(John 5:24).No statement could be any plainer that the true believer in Jesus Christ shall not come into judgment.That judgment is past.“For thou hast cast all my sins behind thy back”(Isaiah 38:17).God said through Jeremiah the prophet,“I will remember their sin no more”(31:34).

We shall never understand the extent of God’s love in Christ at the Cross until we understand that we shall never have to stand before the judgment of God for our sins.Christ took our sins.He finished the work of redemption.I am not saved through any works or merit of my own.I have preached to thousands of people on every continent,but I shall not go to heaven because I am a preacher.I am going to heaven entirely on the merit of the work of Christ.I shall never stand at God’s judgment bar.That is all past.

Once while crossing the North Atlantic,I looked out my porthole when I got up in the morning and saw one of the blackest clouds I had ever seen.I was certain that we were in for a terrible storm.I ordered my breakfast sent to my room and spoke to the steward about the storm.He said,“Oh,we’ve already come through that storm.It’s behind us.”

If we are believers in Jesus Christ,we have already come through the storm of judgment.It happened at the Cross.

Pray for the Day:

Father,I thank You that You have laid upon Jesus the judgment that I deserved,and I pray that You will help me to proclaim that message of grace to others around me;in Jesus’Name,Amen.
