寻求上帝的面

“这称为我名下的子民，若是自卑、祷告，寻求我的面，转离他们的恶行，我必从天上垂听，赦免他们的罪，医治他们的地。”

历代志下7:14

三千年前，以色列王所罗门建成圣殿，完成世界奇迹之一。耶路撒冷圣殿是世界建筑史上的杰作。人们从世界各地前往参观这座建筑，并敬拜以色列的上帝。

当圣殿完工之时，主耶和华想要所罗门王和以色列民有一个清楚的认识。尽管这座建筑如此宏伟，上帝知道，世人很难做到以上帝为中心。上帝告诉人们，祂将有所作为（或不作为）来提醒他们回归、寻求上帝；如果他们将目光再次转向祂，祂承诺将恢复他们从前的辉煌。

当你发现自己不再以上帝为中心的时候，不要忘记，上帝会来吸引你。当上帝出现的时候，你就要转向他。

今日祷告：

主耶稣，今天让我的眼目转向祢。我祈求祢不要隐藏你的面。让我清楚地看见祢在我的生命中做工。奉主耶稣基督的圣名，阿们！

Three thousand years ago King Solomon was finishing one of the wonders of the world.The temple in Jerusalem was an architectural masterpiece.People would travel from around the world to visit this structure and worship the God of Israel.As it was being completed,the Lord wanted to put things into perspective for King Solomon and the people of Israel.As great as the building was,he knew that they would struggle to keep their focus on him.God told them that he would do certain things(or,better said,withhold from doing things)to get back their attention.And if they turned their eyes once again to him,he promised to restore their grandeur.

When you find yourself losing focus on God,do not forget that he will try to get your attention.And when he does,turn your eyes to him.

Pray for the Day:

Lord Jesus,turn my eyes to you today.I pray that you will not hide your face from me,but let me see you clearly working in my life.Amen.
